Do you provide the alcohol?
Rumba does not supply alcohol directly. However, you can easily place your order online, make the payment, and we will pick up the alcohol for you at no extra charge.
Do you have minimums?
A 4-hour minimum on all services provided.
Where are your services available?
We service Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami Dade County. We do not charge any mileage fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:
i. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
ii. Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued.
iii. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event at no additional cost if notified at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the event will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
iv. Force Majeure: In the case of severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund as appropriate.
v. If Rumba needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

We accept Zelle, Venmo and Credit Card*
*Credit Card transactions: +3.5% on top of final amount
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
Final balance must be paid 72 hours prior to the event.
